Your claims are your track record
A panel clinic's work is paid reliably, but on a settlement cycle. The clinic's bills follow a different one. Rent, salaries and pharmacy supply do not wait for the cycle to close.
For an established clinic this is an inconvenience. For a newer one it is more serious. Banks assess years of financial history, and a clinic that opened last year does not have any regardless of how many patients it sees.
We built Hibisca with PMCare, Malaysia's largest Third Party Administrator. By connecting to Mediline claims data, we assess a clinic on the work it has already done, then pay its bills directly: rent, salaries, pharmacy, utilities. The amount is settled from the clinic's claims.
A clinic that is seeing patients and submitting claims has a track record. That is what we assess.
"As a newly established clinic with limited financial history, we have not yet been able to secure bank financing. Hibisca helps us maintain sustainable operations and continue providing accessible healthcare services to the community."

Doctors Should Doctor.
Behind every private GP clinic is a doctor who never asked to be a finance director. They handle payroll, invoices, supplier payments, and reconciliation — alone, at night, every month.
Hibisca takes that off their plate entirely.

Our Values
Doctors First
We exist to serve clinics, not the other way around. Every feature we build starts with one question: does this give a doctor their evening back?
Radical Transparency
No hidden charges. No complex terms. Your fee, your limit, your repayments — all visible in your dashboard, all the time.
Speed Matters
Banks take months. Your clinic can't wait. Your limit is approved in under 24 hours. Bills paid the same business day. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
